My husband and and I are determined to lose some weight by summer. We both can stand to shed several pounds. The only thing is the problem of deciding how to attack our food- eating issues. We both love to eat, probably larger quantities than we should. My husband suggested that he had read an article about “Juicers For Your Health.” It said that if we would start juicing some of our foods, we would increase our intake of healthy vegetables and fruit. That may be a good place to start for both of us. I think I’ll see where I can buy a good quality juicer.
