When my husband first started his financial consulting firm, it was just a two person operation. Within the first five years, he had outgrown his small place and had to relocate his business to a bigger office. He also hired several more employees to keep up with all of the work. When he heard that other businesses in the area had been getting broken into, he decided to contact a Computer Security Consulting firm. There was no way that he was going to take any chances of losing the things that he worked so hard to get, and I could not agree more.

As the Project Management Institute (PMI) will point out, businesses rise and fall on the success of their projects, and for those interested in holding project management roles, you will likely confront increasingly challenging projects. Some projects may even be huge, involving the coordination of many different people, the completion of many tasks, and a large amounts time and money. Taking project management courses is a common way to establish a knowledge base about these subjects, and many people who are considering a career in project management or who want to build their skills, pursue pmi certified training offered through the institute.

I don’t want to be an old fuddy-duddy but the worst part of taking a any trip is spending the night somewhere and finding one of those oversized foam pillows on the bed especially when I’m tired from travelling. They are simply the most uncomfortable thing imaginable. I can live with the strange mattress and sheets and the who knows what that has been in the bed before but come on those pillows should be against the law. I prefer not to take my own pillow from home but with the state of affairs being what they are in so many hotels and motels that I’m left with little other choice.

A friend of mine recently had a financial crisis where she needed to come up with several hundreds of dollars rather quickly. Several months ago she inherited, among many other things, an American Eagle Gold Coin. Since this particular coin did not hold any sentimental value, she decided to see if she could sell it and if so, how much. She took it to a local gold dealer and to her surprise it was actually worth more than what she even needed. The dealer purchased it from her and paid her in cash immediately. The selling of this gold coin, not only helped her out of her financial crisis, it also allowed her to put some in savings.

Last Thursday when I was at work, my mom called me to ask me if I knew anything about buying an Add On Pellet Furnace. I told my mom that I didn’t know that much about them, but I was sure that my husband, Ken, would know about them. I told her she could ask my husband about them when we came to her house for dinner on Friday night. I told my mom that I knew that the pipes and propane would need to be hooked up correctly, but she would have to talk to my husband to get exact details on how to do that.

My husband and I think it is important to take care of our money. When we saw that the market was falling, we were greatly concerned. Then my daughter started asking questions about our impaired life annuities. I had not given it much thought, but she had me thinking about it. I spoke to my husband and we decided that it was great that we had it. We needed to make sure that our ducks were lined up and that it was what we did. I told my daughter that she needed to take care of her money too and now we all do that.
